Climbing, Jumping, Overcoming – A sport that makes the world your playground
Climbing walls, jumping over obstacles, running along railings – Parkour is one of the most exciting and versatile sports out there. And the best part: it takes place everywhere. The city, the park, the gym – those who do Parkour see the world with different eyes.
In our group, boys and girls aged 8 to 16 discover what their bodies are truly capable of. In varied 90-minute sessions, they try out new things, dare to take risks, and overcome challenges – with courage, endurance, and a lot of fun. There are no rigid rules or fixed routes here, but always new challenges that engage both body and mind.
What makes Parkour special:
Parkour not only trains strength, coordination, and agility – it also develops the ability to quickly assess situations, find creative solutions, and push one’s own limits step by step. What is learned in training helps in everyday life: self-confidence, body control, and the courage to tackle obstacles instead of avoiding them.
No prior experience is necessary – just curiosity, a joy for movement, and a willingness to try something new. The group is intentionally mixed-age, between 8 and 16 years old, so that younger participants can learn from older ones and everyone can grow together.
90 minutes that give their all – and bring back even more.
